Are They Legitimate?
The coaching industry isn’t regulated, so it’s easy for just anyone to launch a supposed “coaching training program.” While many recognize the reputation of the ICF, remember that the coaching industry is not a regulated one. This means the ICF doesn’t hold any power over the industry. However, it is important that you get training and certification from an accredited body. Transformation Academy is accredited with the Internationally Recognized CPD ( Continuing Professional Development ).
Coursera
Coursera is a global online learning platform that partners with universities and companies to provide a wide range of educational content, including individual courses, Specializations, Professional Certificates, and online degrees.
Are They Accredited?
Coursera itself is not accredited, but it does partner with accredited educational institutions to bring availability of their programs to everyone at more affordable prices. The courses offered are taught by the certificate issuing institution, their staff, and signed off on upon identification verification. The institution that appears on the certificate is who holds the accreditation

What's Non-Credit?
Non-Credit courses are stand alone courses that are a part of continued education, complete with assignments, graded quizzes and graded tests, but cannot be applied towards a degree or used as an official college credit.
The amount and difficulty of quizzes and final tests vary from institution to institution.
